Belated Christmas

We got to exchange presents with Tracy, Sophia and Cecilia last night. I didn't get a lot of pictures but the alligator stuffed animails from M&M's World seemed to be a hit!

I know for a fact the the M&M's dispenser was a hit as evidenced by the girls' enthusiastic thumbs up! Uncle Jason put the candy in for them.
After presents, we had dinner with Kim, Colby, Terry, Bruce, Tracy and the girls. It was a good time, it's always fun to see everyone and catch up! Thanks for a wonderful dinner Kim and Colby!

Our random dogs

Since I've been MIA, I grabbed a picture of each of the dogs from the past couple of weeks for your enjoyment. Just so you know, we are still in fact alive. I love digital photography. You can take a gazillion pictures and NEVER run out of film! :)

They're back!

Our favorite 3 month old is back from Holland! We went down to Rainier to open presents with Carrie, Edgar and Allyson today. She was pretty cranky from the jet lag. She didn't scream for Uncle Jason right away but I quickly gave up on trying to make her happy. It started to snow while we were down there and had to make a quick exit since we drove the Mini down.

Christmas Day

Bill and Gloria spent the night at our house Christmas Eve so our dogs got to spend some time with Annie and Tess. Before we opened presents, the dogs got their huge rawhides. All eyes were on Jason.
Mmmmmmmmmm, rawhide......Here's Jason opening his goose decoys, I hide them in the house and wrapped up a picture of them. I threw in the dog toys as an extra joke. The dogs actually left their rawhides to investigate the sound of the duck.
Jason actually found something dachshund that I didn't know existed, a mailbox! I refuse to put it outside because I know the kids in our neighborhood will do something to it!
Jason putting together his decoys later that night.
We had a great holiday season. I am glad it's behind us. After Bill and Gloria left, Jason and played Rock Band 2. So much fun!

Christmas Eve

So better late than never, I just have not been in the mood to do updating. We spent Christmas Eve with Bill, Gloria Jeremy, Jenn, Bryce and Alexa up in Bothell this year.

Bryce and Alexa showed Grandpa how to play with the Thomas the Train computer.
Alexa was excited about her new Care Bears potty training seat.
Bryce hung his ornament from us on the tree as soon as he opened it.
A full shot of the tree
Bryce riding a present from Grandma and Grandpa. I think it's called a Smart Cycle, no clue.
A new toothbrush was a hit with Alexa.
Alexa couldn't quite reach the pedals even with the seat all the way down so Uncle Jason helped. The kids waited anxiously while Jason filled their new M&M's dispenser.
And were pretty excited to get to eat some of the M&M's!
Grandma read the kids "The Night Before Christmas" before we all headed back to our house.

Duck/Dog Day New Year

Jason and Duke went out hunting this morning. As you can see, it was a successful hunt yielding 5 ducks! This is such a great picture, I am seeking out Photoshop skills to fix Duke's demon eye. It reminds me of something out of a bad movie, how did you not know your dog was a demon? Look at his eye in this picture. Those of you who have met Duke know that there is no possible way he's a demon, too sweet and lovable for that!
