Jason proposed to me in this same spot. We took my dad to Mt. Rainier yesterday and walked around a bit. Jeffrey tried out the Baby Bjorn for the first time and passed out asleep. We walked over to Myrtle Falls and returned to the scene of the crime.

The family that sleeps.....

My dad was in town over the last week to meet Jeffrey. Jeffrey was in his favorite place, the swing. My dad was watching him and crashed out asleep on the arm of the sofa. Too perfect of a photo opportunity.

Little man

Sorry for the lack of posting but Jeffrey keeps me on my toes. If I have a free period of time, I try to sleep. He's getting so big and starting to smile lots. He sure loves his Daddy. Right now, it looks like he's going to have reddish hair.

Future linebacker?

Good news at the doctor's today! Jeffrey now weighs 9 lbs 5 oz, surpassing his birth weight of 8 lbs 6 oz. He was only 8 lbs 1 oz last week. They measured his height and he is now 21 7/8 inches long, he grew almost an inch in a week! I asked him if he ended up being an NFL linebacker, would he buy his mom something really cool?

This is the life...

We're having some feeding issues - little man falls asleep rather than nursing like he should so he's still not back up to birth weight so we've been doing some bottle feeding to supplement the nursing. Notice he's sprawled out with his foot hanging out. Keep your fingers crossed that he's back up to birth weight on Tuesday at our dr. appt.

Somebody had the hiccups...

Jeffrey gets the hiccups pretty often, rocking him seems to help. If I'm in the rocker, Fonzie wants to be up there too. Yesterday, Fonz tried to help Jeff get rid of his hiccups too.

Rough nights

My mom was kind enough to couch surf with me one night during her stay. I love this picture. She's passed out asleep, mouth wide open with Fonzie on top of her. Too funny.

Meeting Grami and the Aunties

I'm running way behind on blog posts, sorry sleep is a priority if I can actually get it. Last weekend, we were visited by Auntie Tracy, Auntie Kimmie and Grami Terry. Fortunately, Jeffrey was passed out dead to the world so we didn't have too many issues.
